Ingredients

4 people
  1. 3.5 cupsall-purpose flour
  2. 3 tbspmilk powder
  3. 2 tspinstant dry yeast (10 grms)
  4. 1egg
  5. 1/4 cupoil or melted butter
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 1/4 cupsugar

Cooking Instructions

    In one bowl, mix all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, milk powde) and stir to combine

    In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients and the yeast then stir

  3. 3

    Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well. Knead the dough for about 10-15 minutes to make a smooth dough.

    Coat the dough in 1 tbsp of oil while shaping it into a ball Set the dough in a warm place and let it rise for 1 hour.

    Cut the dough into small but equal sizes. I used 60 grms.

    Roll the dough into smooth balls and place them in the baking dish in a warm environment and let them rise for 20 minutes

    Bake them at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes
