Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1Pasta (spaghetti)
  2. 1 cloveGarlic (minced)
  3. 1/4Onion (minced)
  4. 2 tbspOlive oil
  5. 3Broccloli (florets)
  6. 100 gramsGround chicken
  7. 1 tbspWhite wine
  8. 1 tspChicken soup stock (granules)
  9. 3 tbspParmesan cheese
  10. 1 dashSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the pasta in salt water for 1 minute less than the time indicated on the package.

    Sauté the garlic in the olive oil over low heat for a while.

  3. 3

    Stir-fry the meat and onion. Add the wine and evaporate the alcohol over high heat.

  4. 4

    Add the broccoli, chicken soup stock granules, and 3 ladleful of pasta cooking water, cover with a lid, then simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.

    Mash the broccoli with a spatula, and mix in the pasta. Sprinkle with the cheese, and season with salt and pepper.

    I used "Fusilli pasta from the Campana region.
