Lima beans

I love these beans they are large and meaty, they are called Noe here in central Kenya. They are full of fibre and flavor! Lima beans are also commonly known as the butter bean, sieva bean, double bean, Madagascar bean, chad bean, or wax bean soo many names! #recipemarathon ##sustainablenutrition
