In Iran we make stuffed sweet-sour cabbage leaves – plus savoury version of the dish. But today I am going to introduce stuffed WHOLE CABBAGE . It was so excited to prepare this dish. It looks like a meat layered cake and actually some of my own friends thought it is a kinda cake but they found out no it is an entire whole stuffed cabbage :)For preparing this dish, you may use minced beef, lamb, turkey or pork . Or you may skip the the meat and go on with vegetables such as mushroom, carrot, bell pepper, aromatic fresh herbs, tomato. You also would need to have cheese cloth to hold whole cabbage head together.#dolma#cabbage#stuffed_cabbage Rozina Dinaa -
