Baked Nuggets with Tofu, Ground Chicken, and Edamame Baked Nuggets with Tofu, Ground Chicken, and Edamame
Thank you for over 200 reviews! These easy pan-fried nuggets are made with tofu and edamame for extra nutrition and a healthy twist. Great for kids, too!Recipe background:I wanted to make low-calorie, healthy nuggets, so I added tofu. Pan-frying uses less oil than deep-frying. I also added edamame for color and a fun texture.
