Ingredients

  1. 1medium sized arrow root
  2. 2;eggs
  3. 1/2 cupall purpose flour

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and wash the arrow

  2. 2

    Slice &boil the arrow root until it's soft(you test this using a folk)

  3. 3

    Once it's ready drain the watervand transfer the sliced arrow roots to a plate

  4. 4

    Add oil into a sufuria and bring it to boil

  5. 5

    In a bowl,beat the eggs and pour the mixture over the arrow roots.

    Add a handful of flour on the egg &arrow root slices while gently mixing with your hands ensuring that the mixture coats the arrow roots

  7. 7

    Once the oil is hot,deep fry your arrow roots until they are golden brown

  8. 8

    Drain excess oil using a kitchen towel,then serve with a sauce of your choice.
