Ingredients: 8 x 4 Inch Loaf Pan; 2-3 Very Ripe Bananas (Mostly dark); 6 Tbsp Salted Butter; 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda; Pinch Salt; 1 Cup Sugar; 1 Large Egg (Beaten); 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract; 1 1/2 Cups AP Flour

8x 4 Inch Loaf Pan
2-3Very Ripe Bananas (Mostly dark)
6 TbspSalted Butter
1/2 TspBaking Soda
PinchSalt
1 CupSugar
1Large Egg (Beaten)
1 TspVanilla Extract
1 1/2 CupsAP Flour

Cooking Instructions

60 mins

Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit and butter a 8x4 Loaf Pan.

Mash the ripe bananas with the melted butter.

Mix in banking soda, salt, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
(Everything else but the flour)

Mix in flour. Do not over mix.

Place batter in 4x8 bread pan.

Bake for 50-60 Minutes.

Pro tip. Thin the batter out with some water and fry it like pancakes. So delicious!
