Ingredients

  1. 30 GramsPaneer
  2. 2 TeaspoonsButter
  3. 1Onion
  4. 2Tomatoes
  5. 1 TablespoonGinger Garlic Paste
  6. 1 TablespoonFenugreek Dry leaves
  7. 1 TablespoonGaram Masala
  8. 2Coriander Leaf

Cooking Instructions

    Saute chopped onion and tomatoes in butter

  2. 2

    Add masala and ginger garlic paste

  3. 3

    Blend the mix until you get a smooth paste

  4. 4

    Add butter into a non-stick pan. Once the butter has melted, add cut paneer cubes. Heat it until the paneer becomes golden on both sides

  5. 5

    Add the paneer into the paste prepared in step3

  6. 6

    Heat the tawa / container until the mix boil. Add coriander leaves and serve hot.
