Big Brownies with Cocoa Big Brownies with Cocoa
I made these to sell at a kindergarten bazaar. Since oil is used instead of butter, they are inexpensive. These brownies are light and not too rich, so they are great for kids to eat.●Mix the eggs and sugar together very well at the beginning.●Don't mix the flour too much at the end.You don't need to melt any chocolate, so it's easy!Don't over-think this, just mix. For 25 x 28 cm [9.8 x 11.0 in] baking sheet. Recipe by Chiyoechan cookpad.japan -
