Ingredients

  1. 2eggs
  2. 2medium size tomatoes - chopped
  3. 1small onion sliced
  4. 3 tbscooking oil
  5. salt

Cooking Instructions

    Put the sliced onions in a pan and add cooking oil.When the onions turn golden brown add the eggs (whisked) and stir as the eggs cook completely t

    Add tomatoes and. stir then cover the pan for 3-5minutez to let the tomatoes become tender and then crush the tomatoes as you stir.

  3. 3

    Add a pinch of salt. and stir for one more minute then serve while hot with ugali
