Perfect Fried Doughnuts

Doughnuts are a regular pastry made in so many parts of the world and my love for doughnuts started from way back, when I was still a kid. I love to have it with tea for breakfast or with ice-cream as a snack at any other time of the day(so yummy!) I can have them plain or rolled in cinammon sugar or drizzled with chocolate & a few sprinkles on😉😋. I have tried different recipes before coming up with this one myself. So here's my special go to recipe for a quick fluffy doughnut, I'm sure you'll love it too.

Steps
- 1
Sieve flour into a clean bowl. Add all dry ingredients to flour and mix together until mixture looks fine like breadcrumbs
- 2
Make a space in the middle of flour mixture, add whisked eggs and warm water and mix together till you get a soft pliable dough. Add water gradually, if dough is too stiff add a little water, if its too soft add a little flour.
- 3
Sprinkle little flour on your work table and knead dough for about 15 minutes until dough becomes soft and smooth.
- 4
Grease a tray with litle butter, cut dough into equal sizes and roll into small balls, arrange dough on a tray and space out very well in order to give room for it to rise.
- 5
Cover tray with a clean kitchen towel and keep in a warm place to rise for about 45 minutes.
- 6
Heat up oil in a pan, create a hole in the middle of the dough with your fingers and drop into the hot oil. Fry a little and turn to the other side and fry for.another five minutes until golden brown.
- 7
Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel. You can serve plain or rolled in 1tbsp of sugar mixed with 1 tsp of cinammon.
