Hokkaido-Style Corn on the Cob Hokkaido-Style Corn on the Cob
Corn-on-the-cob becomes less sweet as it loses its freshness, so buy them in their husks and boil them right away. When you're tired of eating boiled corn, try this recipe. If you cook it on a grill, cleaning up is hard work, and it's much easier in a frying pan.The corn burns easily after adding the flavoring ingredients, so adjust the heat accordingly. Ground Meat and Cabbage Ground Meat and Cabbage
I wanted to make a tasty dish using the ground meat I bought on sale. The first stage is the key. Stir-fry the meat and vegetables over medium-high heat. Low the heat when you cook it through later on.The heat level is important in order to bring out the best flavors from the ingredients.(Just be careful not to heat up a non-stick frying pan too much, or the non-stick coating may come off!) BBQ Corn on the Cob with Husks BBQ Corn on the Cob with Husks
I saw a video on Youtube about grilling corn with the husks. I remade it using herbs that are easy to get in Japan. You can change the powdered herbs for herb flavored salt or seasoning salt. Adapt it to suit the BBQ!If you taste the sauce as it's being made, there's no way it will fail. If there isn't enough butter, you can add some olive oil.Enjoy!! For 4 husks of corn.
