Ingredients

  1. 1 kgwheat flour
  2. 500 mlcooking oil
  3. 1teaspoonful salt
  4. 1teaspoonful sugar
  5. 11/2 cupwarm water

Cooking Instructions

    Add salt and sugar to the warm water and stir well

  2. 2

    Place the flour in a small basin and add 200ml oil in it and mix well

  3. 3

    Add warm water bit by bit as u knead till it forms a dough

  4. 4

    Spread the dough on a clean surface and smear oil on top

  5. 5

    Cut into thin but long pieces then fold to form a round shape. Make several of the same kind

  6. 6

    Spread the ball like shape to make a round and thin sheets then place on pan to fry

  7. 7

    Fry both sides without oil and add oil later to fry till golden brown

  8. 8

    Tastes better when warm enjoy
