Ingredients

3 lbsbeef eye of round rost or other roast
garlic powder
salt & pepper

Steps

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. If using eye round, tie every 3" with cotton twine

Place rost in pan and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
3

Bake for 60 minutes (20 minutes per round
4

Remover from oven, cover loosely with foil and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing
