I love chapos, this time i made it in a different way using different ingredients compare this chapatis with the other one.
Cooking Instructions

Put flour in a bowl. Add in salt and blueband and mix them very well.

Then add in warm water and stir until you form a not so soft dough.

Allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes.

Take the dough and knead again for 2 minutes.

Then divide the dough into 4 equal parts and fold to form a round dough.

Then start to roll the dough in a flat surface. Apply oil and spread the oil to all places.

Then fold to a round dough while not removing the layers. Do thid for all the four balls

Then take the balls and roll again. This time it should be a bit perfect.

Put in a pan and apply oil then heat and turn. Then cook until it becomes golden brown.

Repeat this for tje remaining dough.
