Easy-to-Peel Boiled Eggs Easy-to-Peel Boiled Eggs
The boiled eggs sold at convenience stores are really tasty...but I think they're over-priced. You can enjoy them for way less if you just know the trick.Immerse the boiled eggs in the salt water while they are still hot. (Be careful not to burn yourself!!) Depending on what kind of salt you use, the amount of salt will vary. In general, you want some undissolved salt crystals still left in the water. Recipe by Kikoutou cookpad.japan -
Perfectly Boiled Omega-3 Eggs Perfectly Boiled Omega-3 Eggs
I found this recipe by experimenting on how to get a perfectly 80%-100% boiled omega-3 eggs for my mom as one of her recommended meals (as it has very high protein) while she was undergoing cancer healing therapy. It'd be better if you can have a 80%-90% boiled eggs because the nutrition in the eggs will have its best condition. Not too raw, not too ripe. But if you have 'em 100% boiled, that'll be fine. You just need to play with the flame size, the water volume, and the cook time you need to experience its best result.@ashyels Ashyels 🍁 -
Salt-Marinated Boiled Eggs Salt-Marinated Boiled Eggs
I thought up a variation on the usual soy sauce marinated eggs you get at ramen restaurants.I recommend marinating soft-boiled eggs.Add some garlic or ra-yu sesame chili oil to taste.I use coarse salt in the marinade. Regular table salt is very salty so 1 teaspoon should be enough. For 5 eggs' worth. Recipe by Umemikkii cookpad.japan -

3-Minute Hard Boiled Eggs in a Frying Pan 3-Minute Hard Boiled Eggs in a Frying Pan
I read in some book and heard on television that if you boil cold eggs, they'll be easier to peel. I tried it out and it turned out well, so I always do this. The water comes to a boil quickly when using a frying pan, and it might also save fuel? lolThe way that the eggs will boil might be a little bit different depending on the size of the eggs. You don't really need to adjust the heat, just keep the water boiling. If you're scared or having difficulty rolling the eggs, I think that it would be alright not to. For those of you who are nervous about placing the eggs into the pan with your hands, you could of course use a ladle. I cracked a lot of eggs too. Recipe by Kumiyamu cookpad.japan -
How To Easily Peel Boiled Eggs How To Easily Peel Boiled Eggs
I wanted to know why boiled eggs can be peeled easily sometimes and then they're impossible to peel other times. I did some research and this was the result. With this method, I have no more problems peeling boiled eggs! This method works so perfectly that I want to pass it down to my child (who's still a baby, though) and grandchildren (even thoughdon't have any yet) and to future generations!Through my research, I concluded that if the egg whites coagulate as quickly as possible, they separate from the thin inner skin of the egg, making it easy to peel.So starting with cold eggs and cold water doesn't work!!!
