Ingredients

  1. 1.Small head cabbage slices crosswise into 1/4-inch thick ribbon
  2. 2. 1/4pc thinly sliced green pepper
  3. 3. 1/4pc thinly sliced yellowish green pepper
  4. 4. 1/4pc thinly sliced Reddish green pepper
  5. 5. 1Tbs Fresh Lemon Juice
  6. 6. 1Tbs Salt
  7. 7. Mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

    Put the cabbage and greenpepper mixture in a bowl.

    Add salt and mix

  3. 3

    Add enough mayonnaise to make it more palatable and then mix.

  4. 4

    Finally add Lemon Juice and mix well to preserve it.

  5. 5

    Serve after 5mins after it has soften.
