Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled maize
  2. 10large potatoes
  3. 10pumpkin leaves
  4. 1onion
  5. Oil to fry
  6. Salt
  7. Cabbage
  8. 3carrots

Cooking Instructions

    Peel your potatoes and clean them well.

    In a large sufuria add your potatoes and boiled maize and salt. Let them boil untill the potatoes are almost cooked.

    In another sufuria add your pumpkin leaves whole and let them cook. Season with salt

    Place your pumpkin leaves in a blender. Blend well.

  5. 5

    In another sufuria fry your onion untill golden brown then pour all the ingredients there. Ensure you drain any excess water.

    Start mashing the ingredients together. Mash untill all the potatoes are well broken.

  7. 7

    For cabbage add it in a sufuria with grated carrots. Season with salt and add a teaspoon of oil. Keep stirring for 5 minutes
