Ingredients

5 minutes
2 people
  1. 1/2red capsicum chopped
  2. 1/2green capsicum chopped
  3. 1Onion medium size chopped
  4. Cooking oil
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 bunchdhania (small)
  7. 1/4 tablespoonMixed herbs
  8. 1tomatoe chopped
  9. 4eggs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Fry onions till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and fry till forms a paste

  3. 3

    Add dhania, salt, red and green capsicums followed by mixed herbs fry for 1-2 minutes

  4. 4

    Beat eggs in a bowl, mix well

  5. 5

    Add them to the cooking vegetables

  6. 6

    Mix as they cook for about two minutes and they are ready to serve
