We’ve been eating this for years. Normally, I butterfly the chicken, pound it, spread on the cream cheese, roll it up and wrap it in bacon. Once it’s cooked the cream cheese runs out the end and it just wears me out. It’s very labor intensive and I didn’t feel like labor intensive today. So I did this and I’ll be forgetting the old way. And the cream cheese stayed right where it needed to be.

Ive been making these for awhile now . You can use whatever cheese you like. This is almost a copy cat of Starbucks egg bites. You can put whatever you like in them just don’t over flow. One of my easy grab and go breakfast.

You can actually make lots of pastries with this dough. You can even bake it as it is without any filling! It's that yummy!

Love to cook and see other recipes to make low carb. This one can be made with any kind of flatbread or even toasted bread.
