Cooking Instructions

Put the groundnut in a bowl,separate to remove the bad ones.

Mix together flour,baking powder,nutmeg and salt keep

Beat egg together with sugar in another bowl.
- 4
Pour a little of the egg mixture over the groundnut.shake bowl untill mixture coats all the groundnut.

Sprinkle some of the flour mixture over the groundnut and shake.
- 6
Repeat till all the groundnut is coated.if some stick together use your finger to separate them.
- 7
Heat vegetable oil in medium heat and fry in batches untill golden brown.
- 8
All to cool completely,serve and store the remaining in a air tight container.
