Ingredients

  • 2 cupsraw peanuts (with skin)
  • 3 cupswater
  • 4 tablespoonssugar
  • 1 tablespoonsoy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the peanuts and soak them in water overnight (changing the water and parboiling them once will make them even tastier).

    Bring to a boil, and once the peanuts are soft, add sugar and let it sit for a bit, then add soy sauce and simmer until the liquid is almost gone.
