Cooking Instructions

please don't knock it until you tried it! my great grandparents started the tradition.. i'm here to share it.
- 2
cut your package of bacon directly in half so you have half slices.
- 3
fry bacon according to directions. we like it best for the toasty's when bacon is very crisp but not to hard where you can't bite it... lol.
- 4
meanwhile take your bread and place in toaster and toast to desired doneness. to light though.the bead is still soft and itll get soggy
- 5
spread a small amount of butter on each piece of toast on one side.
- 6
spread desired amount of grape jelly on top of the toast. I like only a little but put as much as you like.
- 7
now place 4-5 slices of bacon on top of half the jellied toast
- 8
place other halfs on top of bacon jelly side down.
- 9
serve alone or with eggs or pancakes or both...
- 10
makes about 3 bacon toasty's. I've tried this with other flavor jelly but it just doesn't taste as good.
- 11
instead of bread you could also do fresh hot biscuits!

Easy!! Bacon and Sunny-Side Up Toast Easy!! Bacon and Sunny-Side Up Toast
I wanted to make toast and sunny-side up together. If your bread is thick, it's hard to boil the egg. Also, if the egg will not harden, cover with aluminum foil to keep it from burning while you continue toasting. Recipe by Niyari shougakusei cookpad.japan -
Toast with Wasabi Mayonnaise Bacon and Green Onion Toast with Wasabi Mayonnaise Bacon and Green Onion
I'm trying to compose new toast recipes. I choose scallions because they go well with wasabi mayonnaise.Mayonnaise tames the heat of wasabi, so add more wasabi than you think. If you use about 2.5 teaspoons, you'll feel the heat. Adjust the amount of wasabi as you like. Recipe by Necchan cookpad.japan -

Cheesy Bacon Garlic Toast Cheesy Bacon Garlic Toast
I had been getting food boxes from a local church & going to our local soup kitchen. I had quite a few loaves of Italian bread to use up! I also was given a giant bag of shredded white cheddar cheese with bacon.
