Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsoftened unsalted butter
  2. 1 cuppacked light brown sugar
  3. 1/2 cupgranulated sugar
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1 tspvanilla extract
  6. 1 tbspmaple extract
  7. 1 tspbaking soda
  8. 1/2 tspsea salt
  9. 3 cupquick rolled oats
  10. 1 cupmilk chocolate chips
  11. 1 cupcrumbled cooked bacon

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and both extracts. Beat well.

  2. 2

    Mix dry ingredients in bowl together and add slowly to the batter. Add chips and bacon and mix well.

  3. 3

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Line sheets with parchment paper and take spoonful of dough and roll into walnut sized balls and place 2 inch apart. Bake about 8 min. Cool and enjoy!
