Cooking Instructions

Boil some water and put a little salt into it. Cut the paneer into small cubes and soak it in this water. Keep it aside

Boil Green peas in cooker till 1 whistle

Heat a pan and put some oil into it. Add jeera, whole garam masala pieces and bay leaf

Add few garlic pieces and 1 cut onion and fry till light brown
- 5
Add the ginger paste and remaining onion and garlic paste and tomato paste and saute for 5 mins

Add turmeric powder, salt and sugar as per taste and mix well. Add crushed kasoori methi to this

Put the soaked paneer and boiled peas into the above masala and let it cook for 7-8 mins. Add water as needed

Add Garam masala powder and remove for serving. Garnish with coriander leaves if you want and serve with chapattis, parathas or rice
