Cooking Instructions

Measure ingredients

Sieve flour and icing sugar add margarine and mix till crumb like

Add milk a little at a time as u knead till u get a soft dough

Divide the dough into 2 equal parts

To one part add cocoa and knead till its all incorporated

Refridgerate for 10 minutes

Roll each dough cut into 2 then divide each piece into 2 as in the photo

Sandwich the stripes as in the photo with white in the middle for one and the other brown in the middle

Pile the 2 pieces together

Cut thin pieces arrange on tray and bake at180 degrees for 10-12 minutes
