Ingredients

  1. Potatoes
  2. Minced meat
  3. Onions
  4. Capsicum, both green and coloured
  5. Sweet corn
  6. Green peas pre boiled
  7. Oil to fry
  8. Grated Mozarrella Cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Fry the minced meat with onions

  2. 2

    Add the capsicum, the green peas and the sweet corn saute for five minutes

  3. 3

    Boil the potatoes in a different potatoes. Once boiled mash the potatoes with some margarine and some milk/ cream

  4. 4

    Put the sauted minced meat in a glass casserole and layer on top with theashed potatoes then top with the grated cheese

  5. 5

    Place them in a pre heated oven for 20mins at 140 degrees

  6. 6

    Serve hot
