Garlic Mozzarella Bread With Parmesan Dip | By Neetu Suresh
Delicious Kid-Friendly Appetizer For Parties and Lunchbox.
Cooking Instructions

Roll the bread slices with a rolling pin to flatten and cut into circles.

Cut the Mozzarella smaller than the bread circles and keep that ready.
- 3
In a bowl add all-purpose flour and water, mix.
- 4
Place one piece of bread round and place the mozzarella cheese in the centre.
- 5
Spread flour paste around the edges, cover with the second piece of bread and press edges.
- 6
Heat the oil and fry them until golden brown.
- 7
In a bowl mix together parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, chilli flakes, salt and garlic powder.
- 8
Toss each the fried bread in the cheese mixture to coat.
Serve Hot with tomato sauce.
