I cooked this for my cousin.
Cooking Instructions

Fry onions then add tomatoes and cover to simmer

After 2 min add meat balls and salt.cover for until meatballs are cooked

Boil water then add spaghetti and salt. When cooked mix with soup of the meatballs and

Serve with meatballs

I made this dish for my daughter, who loves it. I wish I could say it's because the meatballs are in fun shapes (which is an idea), but it's probably the slight sweetness which takes the edge off the zippy tomato sauce.
