  1. 250 gtree tomato fruits
  2. 2ripe mangoes
  3. 1lemon
  4. 150 gsuper fine sugar
  5. 200 mlwater

    For the syrup, boil the sugar with water and place in a bowl

    Wash and cut the tree tomatoes into segments

  3. 3

    Peel the mangoes into segments

  4. 4

    Mix the tree tomatoes and mangoes, put them in a blender add water and blend the mixture till it is fine

  5. 5

    Sieve the mixture into a jar with a conical sieve, add the syrup and stir well

  6. 6

    Refrigerate it for 30 minutes before serving it
