Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 kgflour
  2. 2medium ripe bananas
  3. 2medium carrots
  4. 1teaspoonful of salt
  5. 1tablespoonful of sugar
  6. 1tablespoonful of margarine
  7. 500 mlswarm water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sieve the dry ingredients and mix together

  2. 2

    Grate your carrots and blend your bananas in 250mls of warm water

  3. 3

    Add the grated carrots to the dry ingredients and mix till evenly mixed

  4. 4

    Add the margarand mix until they become crumbly

  5. 5

    Add the blended bananas and mix well

  6. 6

    Add water little by little and mix untill the dough is evenly sticky,not too hard and not too soft

  7. 7

    Leave for 30mins then on a floured surface,roll them with oil in circular way and again leave for 30 mins

  8. 8

    Heat your pan and roll to your desired size then cook in medium heat till golden brow

  9. 9

    Serve with hot tea/coffee or stew of your choice.
