Ingredients

  1. 200 gTofu
  2. 400 gVermislei
  3. 250 gCherry tomatoes
  4. 250 mlPepper Vinaigrette
  5. 8Corriander
  6. Crushed 100g Walnuts
  7. 250 mlvinegar
  8. 80 ggreen and red chilli
  9. 50 mlsweet chilli sauce
  10. 500 mlOlive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the Vermiseli into warm water for about 15mis till soft

  2. 2

    Cut the Tofu into cubes, half the cherry tomatoes and finely chop the Corriander

  3. 3

    Mix all that together and set aside on a cold temperature

  4. 4

    Take red chillies you can mix them with green and finely chop them

  5. 5

    On a bowl put vinegar, sweet chilli sauce and the chopped peppers together with a whisk mix as you put in Olive Oil drop by drop till they bend and becomes thick

  6. 6

    Mix the pepper Vinigrate with the salad an serve
