Is mango season,and my love for mangoes no be here,so i have to bake with it and is taste really good.
My children were so excited.

Ingredients

1.30minutes
2 serving
  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1^1/2 cup sugar
  3. 2 sachetsama margarine
  4. 4eggs
  5. 5medium sized mangoes
  6. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  8. 1 cupRasins

Cooking Instructions

1.30minutes
  1. 1

    Peel off the back of the mangoes,slice and remove the seeds then blend to puree

  2. 2

    In a clean bowl,add sugar and margarine and stir for 25 minutes.break the eggs,whisk and pour in the same bowl.Stir for 10minutes.pour in the mango puree stir very well.

    In a separate bowl,measure out flour,baking soda and baking powder and sieve.pour in half in the liquid mixture and stir till is fluufy.

    Pour in the half stir very well till is fluffy.

  5. 5

    Pour in the rasins and stir very well.

  6. 6

    Rub margarine on the baking pan,pour the barter in the pan.

  7. 7

    Pre heat oven for 1hour and put the cake bake
