Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/4kilo beef
  2. 2potatoes
  3. 1onion
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. leavesCoriander
  7. Turmeric powder
  8. Capsicum
  9. Ginger and garlic (crushed)
  10. 1carrot grated
  11. Small glass of boiled peas
  12. Pinchpilau spices
  13. 2 Tblscooking oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the beef until it's tender add salt and as it boils prepare the other ingredients.

    When beef is tender set it aside and pour the oil in the pan fry the onion, ginger, garlic, capsicum, coriander leaves, turmeric and pilau spices

  3. 3

    Then add the beef fry a little then add the potatoes, carrots and peas fry a little then add the tomatoes and any soup that remained in the beef when boiling. If non remained add some water for your soup

  4. 4

    You can serve when tomatoes are cooked.
