Ingredients

  1. 500 mlMilk
  2. 1large avacado
  3. 3ripe Bananas
  4. 1/2 cupdates (you can use more)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash your fruits and deseed the dates.

  2. 2

    Peel the banana and chop them. Chop the avacado too. Put everything in the blender and blend.

  3. 3

    Serve and enjoy. Note this is supper thick, if you need a lighter one add more milk or water
