When you feel like a different taste of chicken rather than the usual grilled, roasted or stewed, try boiled and tell the difference. I personally love it.
Cooking Instructions

Clean well your chicken.

In a sufuria, add water, salt n tumeric powder.

Bring to boil.

Add your chicken n boil for 15- 20 mins.

Chop n dice all your vegetables accordingly.

After 20 mins, add in garlic, ginger, carrots, onions n tomatoes n mix well tasting the balance of the flavour/ Aroma.

After its almost ready, add in your spinach. Boil if for more 3- 5 mins then its done. Put off the heat.

Your boiled chicken is ready. Plate it n enjoy. You may opt to serve it with soup or dry, with any kind of accompaniment like Rice, sapati, mukimo, french fries just to mention few. The choice is all yours.
