Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 500 gmsflour
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1 table spoonsalt
  4. 250gms
  5. 5 leavesCoriander(dhania)
  6. 1 Teaspoonsugar
  7. 750 gmsoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil Green grams (green grams) till soft.

  2. 2

    Add salt +sugar then stir whilst boiling.

  3. 3

    Smash the green grams + eggs

  4. 4

    Add flour & mix using cooking stick to form chapati dough.

  5. 5

    Roll using rolling stick then place on a heated pan.

  6. 6

    Heat both sides then add oil step by step

  7. 7

    Serve with your favorite stew or tea.
