Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. 1 cupndengu
  3. 1hoho
  4. Dania
  5. Cooking oil
  6. 3tomatoes
  7. 1 pinchsalt
  8. 1 clovegarlic
  9. 1onion

Cooking Instructions

    Since the ndengu were presoaked for 3 hrs, just boil for 45 mins till soft.

    Chop all the ingredients, that is onion, garlic, hoho, tomatoes and Dania.

    Heat onions then add oil then add garlic and hoho. Cook for sometimes then add tomatoes

    Add the cooked ndengu and stir. Add the Dania and salt.

    Cook till ready then put aside

  6. 6

    Add 4 cups of water in a cooking pot and add salt and 4 TBS cooking oil

  7. 7

    Add the well washed rice and cook for sometimes. Reduce the heat to slowly cook evenly.

    Once cooked remove from heat and serve together with ndengu.
