Ingredients

  1. Cabbage shredded
  2. Carrots grated
  3. 1onion julienne cut
  4. 1/4 TeaspoonGarlic crushed
  5. 1/4 TeaspoonGinger crushed
  6. 1/8 Teaspoonblack pepper
  7. 1/2 Teaspoonvinegar
  8. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Heat butter/oil over medium heat.

    Add the onions, cook until transluscent, add the ginger and garlic, keep turning for about a minute.

  3. 3

    Put your cabbages, carrots, black pepper and salt and combine.let it cook for about 2mins. Keep turning so that they cook evenly.

    Add the vinegar and give it a final turn for about a minute.

  5. 5

    Remove and serve immediately. I love my cabbages crunchy,.
