Chicken in skewers

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgchicken breast
  2. Hoho,green,yellow, red
  3. 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  4. 1/2 tspChicken masala
  5. Garlic ginger paste
  6. Garam masala
  7. 2Tbdp cooking oil or olive oil
  8. Dark soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

35-40 mins

    In a bowl mix all the ingredients except chicken and hohos. Mix them using your hands,then add your chicken pieces cut into cubes.mix all properly.wrap in a cling film and chill for 1hr.

    One hr is done take out out from fridge, cut hohos in squares. Using skewers, put chicken pieces,alternating with the hohos (dungilia kwa mshikaki).

    Then grill for 30-40 mins,always basting. Serve with kachumbari and any other starch.
