  2. 1small finely carrot diced
  3. 1small onion diced
  4. 1small tomato diced
  5. 1small green pepper diced
  6. Salt
  7. Black pepper
  8. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash prepare your vegetable

    Beat eggs in a bowl add a pinch salt and a pinch black pepper. Add the diced vegetables stir well.

    Brush oil on pan on medium heat. And pour 3/4 of the egg mixture

  4. 4

    Start folding on one point lower heat.

  5. 5

    Continue folding

  6. 6

    Add the rest of the ramaining eggs mixture

  7. 7

    Finish folding. And serve
