Brush oil on pan on medium heat. And pour 3/4 of the egg mixture

Start folding on one point lower heat.

Continue folding

Add the rest of the ramaining eggs mixture

Finish folding. And serve

I would be honest, it wouldnt be easy at first but once you get the hang of it, youll become master in rolling hehe. Even how thin the layer would be :)For this recipe i added cheese in every layer to add flavor. And we love cheese :) this might not be the common practice but I added milk to lighten the mixture and for added calcium! Aside cheese, you can also add nori, vegetables or even meat. And by the way, I am using a round non stick frying pan and its possible! You dont have to use the rectangular one. This has been my go to breakfast meal when my boys like some eggs for breakfast.
