My husband was craving any meal that has iron so I settled on liver coz I didn't have omena plus I really wanted to try out this recipe, the outcome so mouth watering and very delicious 😋😋.

My husband was craving any meal that has iron so I settled on liver coz I didn't have omena plus I really wanted to try out this recipe, the outcome so mouth watering and very delicious 😋😋.

    Remove the liver membrane, cut it into cubes and soak into milk for 10 -15 minutes.

    Prep the other ingredients.

    In a sufuria fry your onions, garlic, capsicum and ginger until they start to brown.

  4. 4

    Add in the diced tomatoes and tomato paste and cook until tender.

  5. 5

    Add in your spices, salt and stir.

  6. 6

    Take a cup of hot water and pour it in bit by bit while you allow it to thicken.

  7. 7

    Remove your liver from the milk and put it in your boiling paste and cover with a lid.

  8. 8

    After 15 minutes check on your liver coz it should be ready by now.

  9. 9

    Your liver is ready and you can now serve it with ugali, rice, pasta or chapati. Enjoy 😋😋
