Break the eggs one by one into a large bowl

Add a dash of salt and pepper and whisk to mix

Heat oil in a frying pan and put a sizeable amount of the egg and put the bread slices on top.

Once that side cooks turn the now merged egg and bread slice and cook the side with no egg until brown and crunchy but being careful not to burn. Repeat this until all the slices are coated with eggs.
