Cooking Instructions

Lightly toast the bread. It should be very slightly browned!

Beat the egg and add in the milk and sugar.

After the bread is toasted, cut into quarters and soak in the mixture from Step 2. It will soak it right up in just 5 minutes.

Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the bread. To finish, sprinkle with sugar to turn it into a caramel french toast.
