Crispy in an Oven French Toast

A recipe for oven-baked French toast was on display in a bakeware shop near my house, but the recipe used such a tiny amount of liquid. So I modified the recipe in such a way that I thought it would suit my family's tastes better. There's usually no rings free on the hob in the morning as everyone's making their packed lunches, so recipes like this that don't require a frying pan are so handy. Pictured is the recipe made with Danish bread.
With this amount of egg mixture you can soak 4 slices of an 8 slice loaf of bread, but please shorten the baking time slightly.
The egg mixture will probably not be enough to do 4 slices of an 6 loaf bread, so add one more egg to ensure the bread gets saturated. Note that this will result in a stronger egg taste and the overall result will be less sweet. Recipe by nemarin

Crispy and Juicy French Toast Crispy and Juicy French Toast
Whenever I ate French toast at a restaurant, it was either too hard or too soggy.I created the perfect recipe for a French toast that's crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside!I always use sliced bread cut into 8 slices (1.5cm thick slices). The result is a superb taste, with bread that's crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside! If the bread is too thick, it tends to become too soggy. For the photos, I used rye bread cut into 6 slices (2cm thick slices), since it has a texture similar to the 8 slice loaf. For 3 slices worth. Recipe by Chococo@Tokyo cookpad.japan -

Crunchy French Toast Crunchy French Toast
The french toast at family restaurants are so good! The people who work there told me they use danish bread.I tried an easy version with butter rolls and it was a big success! The caramelized taste is so crispy and delicious!Finish frying the bread after creating the granulated sugar caramelized coating. Butter rolls are already kind of sweet, so the batter doesn't have any sugar. If you use a baguette or another kind of bread, please adjust the sweetness to taste. Recipe by SYNDY cookpad.japan -

Fluffy French Toast Fluffy French Toast
I came up with this recipe by completely infusing the bread with the egg mixture, then slowly frying it until it's entirely cooked through.4-slice bread (3-cm thick slices) give a fluffy and delicious finish. They burn easily, so fry over low heat. Be sure to cover the pan with a lid. The time it takes to cook will vary depending on the thickness of the bread. I used thick sliced (3 cm) bread. Bread Crust French Toast Bread Crust French Toast
Sometimes you don't know what to do with bread crusts but this French toast is absolutely heavenly! I love this dish... even more than regular french toast!!The key is to macerate the bread over 10 minutes after mixing all ingredients to bring the bits of toast together. If you add a few drops of vanilla oil, it will turn into an excellent dessert!! For 1 serving. Recipe by youerika cookpad.japan -
Classic French Toast Classic French Toast
Warm, crispy toast with a cinnamon-sugar topping and some Quebec maple syrup. Whipped cream, fresh fruit, or fruit preserves are excellent additions to this sweet breakfast. Adjust the level of sugar to your liking. You can also make it savoury by omitting the sweet stuff and going with herbs! Try rosemary and paprika, and grease the pan with olive oil instead of butter. Italian seasoning works too.Kit

French Toast French Toast
I wanted to eat French toast soaked in a milky mixture. When soaking the bread in the egg mixture, hold it firmly so it is coated well and evenly. Leave it in the mixture to soak and you'll get a nice melting texture. It will be as if it had been rested for a day. Recipe by Gakkoiburi cookpad.japan -
