Cooking Instructions

Boil the dengu in a pan till they're tender and set aside
- 2
In a separate pan, fry onions, ginger and garlic with cooking oil to golden brown
- 3
Add chopped tomatoes, salt, tumeric, curry powder then cover and simmer
- 4
On medium low heat, add boiled dengu, cup of warm water and tomato paste, heat for a few minutes
- 5
Serve hot with rice/chapati
