Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 1 cupwarm water
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 tbssugar
  5. 2 tbsoil
  6. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add in the flour, salt and sugar

    Add in water

  3. 3

    Start kneading

  4. 4

    Knead till soft and elastic

  5. 5

    Add in the two tbs of oil

  6. 6

    Cover and let the dough rest for 30 min

  7. 7

    After 30 min, cut the dough into small balls, according to how many pieces you need

    Roll out the dough to flat shape, put

    Place a pan on low medium heat and fry the chapati.

    Remove from heat and cover to prevent drying

  11. 11

    Serve with stew or tea. Enjoy 😊
