Ingredients

  1. Yam (amount depends on your family)
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 2large onions
  4. 2-3 spoonscooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the yams, then boil with a little salt until cooked and place aside.

  2. 2

    Cut the onions and then fry with very little salt.

  3. 3

    Toss in the cooked yam, then remove after about 3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Enjoy with a cup of tea.
