Have been longing to try out this recipe for quite a while. Today was the day....Its delish n good as it looks. Try it out.
Cooking Instructions

Marinating...In a bowl, grate your lemon n squeeze its juice in there. Add tumeric, salt, cooking oil, garlic n ginger n a drop of water. Mix everything well.

In another small bowl, add some cold water n corn starch n mix to a thick paste. Add it to the boiling lemon butter sauce to thicken it.

Marinate your fish fillets with the named ingredients above.

Cover it for 30 - 50 mins.

Prepare your baking tray n pre heat your oven at 140 degrees.

Arrange your fillets on a greased baking tray.

Bake one side for 25 mins or until ready, then turn the other side n bake it till ready. Remove when ready. plate them well n wait for the sauce to be ready.

For the lemon butter sauce, Bring 1/2 cup water to boil.

Add sugar n let it boil. Grate the lemon n squeeze its juice n add it to the boiling sugar water.

Add butter n mix well.

Let it boil on low heat for 5 mins then remove it. Sprinkle some dhania on top n mix.

Pour it over your fish fillet n serve with any accompaniment of your choice. Enjoy..
