Okpa with pap

My Moms favorite breakfast while I was growing up... And She always packed okpa flour for me way back as an undergraduate then. Heavy breakfast since 1900😃 once I finish this one I go to bed 🛏 straight. Next sleep 😴 session loading🤷♀️
PS: Don’t talk while mixing okpa otherwise you mess up the meal 👌😁

Pico de gallo no onions Pico de gallo no onions
I don’t tolerate onions but I wanted some pico de gallo for my low fat baked fish tacos. I used sumac instead of lemon or lime because I don’t like using citrus, however you could use lemon or lime. wgreen39
